We want your stay to be comfortable and hassle-free: -This is a basement-level home with a separate upstairs unit. Normal, everyday sounds may occasionally be heard. -The basement stays naturally cool in summer; heat is provided in winter plus a supplemental heater if needed. -The bathroom has a low spot—guests taller than 6’2” should take care. -Backyard and laundry are shared with the upstairs unit, but the home is designed for privacy.

An excellent place to stay, great location with many shops and restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to main roads. Spacious, with good amenities, you feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again. Excellent hosts.

Home away from home! Beautiful, clean, convient, comfortable with a fully supplied kitchen and a beautiful private backyard! We rented the whole house and it served our every need for the full 2 weeks we were there. Close to everything! The hosts were great and very responsive. We'll rent it again when we return to SLC.

Lovely home and Shawn & Tyler are great hosts and have the house stocked with everything you may need. The beds were so comfortable! We felt right at home. The location was great too with easy access to drive to the mountains for skiing, and has a lot of restaurants/ stores nearby. Would definitely come back!

Centrally located (walking distance) to coffee shops, restaurants, & bars. S-Line 300 East Streetcar station stop is a 3-minute walk if using public transportation from the airport. Easy access to I-15 and I-80 if driving and there is plenty of on street parking on Commonwealth Ave.
