This is a private basement apartment in a home with an upstairs unit. You may occasionally hear normal, everyday noise. We would appreciate it if you kept noise down from 10pm-8am. We’ve done our best to make the space comfortable year-round: When cooking steak or other strong-smelling foods, we ask that you please use the grill on the back patio. The grill includes a stovetop burner for your convenience. Patio lights can be plugged into the outlet located at the top of the stairs leading to the basement.
