Guest Access

Private entrance through front door or through the side gate to the back door. In basement of the home there is a laundry room which is shared with the basement apartment. During the summer there is a sectional and patio table in the backyard. There is also grill you are welcome to use all year long. Backyard and grill are shared.

Centrally located (walking distance) to coffee shops, restaurants, & bars. S-Line 300 East Streetcar station stop is a 3-minute walk if using public transportation from the airport. Easy access to I-15 and I-80 if driving and there is plenty of on street parking on Commonwealth Ave.
