Other Details to Note

The unit has a tankless water heater which is perfect for taking hot showers. If the hot water is turned on in the kitchen or bathroom sink while the shower is running, the water tempature goes down slightly.

Guest Access

The private entrance is through the shared backyard. Enter through the front gate and follow the sidewalk to your own stand alone guest house. During the summer there is a patio table and lounge chairs. There is a grill you are welcome to use all year long.

Had my dad and mom stay here for their visit to see me before I moved. Was very clean and a good amount of space for the price. Nice high ceilings, felt very comfortable. Good location close to a lot of things. Quiet space, as it’s detached from the house and in the backyard. Would recommend!

This was a fantastic location and perfect spot for a long weekend! We were 15 minutes from the airport, downtown Seattle and just 45 from Park City. The guesthouse was easy to find, spotless and had everything you needed to enjoy the stay. The hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful making sure everything went seamlessly. The neighborhood is quiet and clean and the view of the mountains from the guesthouse was a nice view for our morning coffee. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Shawn & Tyler’s cottage was great! Worth every penny. We love the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We were happy that we had everything so close that made our experience amazing. VERY RESPONSIVE HOSTS. Definitely, we will be back & we will love to stay here. 💚😊

Shawn and Tyler were great. Very friendly and responsive. The house itself is gorgeous. I know a lot of places in Utah are in the owners basement, so it’s nice that it is completely separate from theirs. Easy directions and parking was easy. We would 100% stay here again if ever visiting the area
